JOHNSON PRINTING AND MOUNTAIN GRAPHICS MERGE

BOULDER, COLORADO February 2007 . . . . Johnson Printing has been acquired by Mountain Graphics, a Denver commercial sheetfed printing concern. All production operations, including digital prepress, two web presses, two state-of-the-art Komori sheetfed presses, and a complete softcover bindery will be in the existing JP facility in Boulder. Terms were not disclosed.

Kevin Wright, owner of Mountain Graphics, is the owner of the merged company, which will continue to do business as Johnson Printing. Mr. Wright stated, “Many changes are taking place in the printing industry, and we recognized that the complementary strengths of our respective organizations could be combined to create a formidable, competitive company. We’re going to build the organization by efficiently delivering terrific products and market-leading service.”
